I am a site manager overseeing work at the US Embassy compound in the city of Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

BaldwinDATA was a subcontractor. We originally brought BaldwinDATA in to help us with DALT (Duct Air Leak Testing), HVAC testing and balancing, and the commissioning of the mechanical and electrical systems for projects at the embassy. We were impressed with their ability to get things done—and get them done quickly.

New challenges arose, and we reached out to BaldwinDATA again for assistance. Within 10 days, personnel provided by BaldwinDATA were in Kinshasa to assist with a number of challenges, including welding, concrete work and finish carpentry.

In each area they provided a level of expertise we had not seen in the Congo. All inspections passed and we were able to get signoff from the embassy on all scopes of work BaldwinDATA assisted us with.
